The ACA accepts the use of material, for reproduction, inclusive of text and graphics, from any ACA publication provided it is for organisational use and meets the following criteria:
- All material so published shall be referenced as being copyright of the Association for Continence Advice
- References in the text will state the name of the publication and the year of the publication separated by a space
- Where more than one reference is used the references should be in chronological order
- Where more than one publication is referenced in one citation then each publication should be separately referenced.
With reference for permission to reproduce state publication and part to be reproduced the Association’s permission is given to use the material requested in (both the paper format and cd rom).
With respect to reproduce The ACA Notes for Good Practice the Association’s permission to use the material requested does not extend to situations where complete chapters of a publication or the complete publication is requested.
The ACA logo is the property of the Association for Continence Advice. Reproduction of the ACA logo is not permissable.
